Further Business Acquisition - Belfast
Martin Services (I) Ltd, the leading independent distributor and supplier of Hygiene and First Aid Products to the industrial and commercial markets, announces a further acquisition that is the distribution business of HYGIENE PLUS LTD. in Belfast by its subsidiary Hilditch Martin Services Ltd.
Hilditch Martin Services Ltd., which is based in Belfast, are the largest First Aid supplier in Northern Ireland together with exports to a number of markets. The Company supplies first aid, cleaning, hygiene and healthcare products to the commercial market.
