First Aid Kits

Martin Services First Aid Kits contain product as recommended under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 in relation to First Aid (HSA Ireland) and also meet the First Aid at Work – The Health & Safety (First Aid Regulations 1981 – Approved Code of Practice & Guidance (ACOPL74) (UK) Requirements. 

Employers Duty

An employer shall provide, or ensure that there is provided, such a number of suitable persons as is adequate and appropriate in the circumstances for the rendering of First Aid to his employees if they are injured or become ill at work. Employers have a duty to provide First Aid boxes and kits at all places of work which should be under the control of the responsible person named in the Safety Statement.
